    From first sip to lingering finish, here’s how a Gourmet Games evening unfolds.

    First off, some lingo.

    From now on, you’re the Host. Your guests are Gourmets. And Gourmets pick up points called Guzzles by correctly identifying what’s on taste – the grape variety of a wine, for example. Plus they can pocket further Guzzles by giving the right answers in the quiz which follows the tasting.

    The Gourmet with the most Guzzles wins, and they walk away with the prestigious Gourmet Games Top Taster Award and a quality prize. The great thing about Gourmet Games is, whether they win or not, all your guests (sorry, Gourmets) go home feeling thoroughly enriched.

    Hang on, Gourmet means food, doesn’t it? It does, and food plays a big part in all Gourmet Games. Whichever one you choose (except our Chocolate Game), we provide a recipe for the perfect four-course dinner, expertly matched with whatever you’re tasting. Alternatively, if cooking from scratch sounds too daunting, you can make use of our frozen or takeaway suggestions instead.

    Prepare yourself for a great evening. We pack everything you need to host a successful evening into your Gourmet Games box. From bespoke invitations, place cards, menus, Host’s and Gourmets’ booklets and answer cards, to the all-important prize.

    We recommend you order your Gourmet Game well before your party. That way you allow yourself time to send out the invitations, familiarise yourself with the rules, and maybe try out our recipes before your big night.

    We aim to deliver your order within 7 working days. And just so you know, we don’t send out any items at the weekend or bank holidays and we are closed between Christmas and New Year.

    Refunds are considered on an individual basis. If the contents of the box are damaged on delivery, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund notified by post or email within 3 days of delivery. If a wine is found to be corked or faulty, we are happy to offer a refund or replacement. We request that customers check the contents of their box well in advance of playing the game. We want to ensure that customers can enjoy their game and will rectify any errors in the unlikely event of a problem. Please contact if you have problem with your purchase. Refunds based on proof of damage so it is required to supply photographs about damaged items. Refunds does not include postage fees. Custom orders can`t be refunded.

    Lost/Non arrivals: All orders are expected to arrive at the shipping address provided no later than 5 business days after the 'shipped' notification email, this will be extended in seasonal peak times to 10 business days. Orders that fail to arrive at their destination after 15 calendar days will be treated as lost. Customers must contact us within 21 calendar days of the 'shipped' notification to be eligible for a refund, after this time store credit may be offered at our discretion.
