We spend much of our week visiting trade fairs, rural markets, farm shops and individual suppliers to find and bring you the very best of each region's high quality, independent food and drink. We buy regularly and in small quantities, so everything is fresh, unlike some other hamper companies which send end-of-life products. We also work closely with each producer and will usually go and visit the owners personally before partnering with each business. After all, without the quality, craftsmanship and dedication of our local producers, making world-class products, we wouldn't have a business.

Errr..... How can a Hamper fit through a Letter Box?
Our Letter Box Hampers are 3.2cm in height, meaning that they fit through all standard size UK letter boxes. Contents are carefully selected and packaged to ensure that all the items you might expect in a traditional hamper are available, but without the additional expense, delivery charges and waste often associated with big hampers.
How long will it take to deliver my Hamper? All orders received are packed and sent by 1st Class Royal Mail delivery the same day, if ordered before 2pm. Over 90% of 1st class deliveries are delivered the next day, so from ordering to delivery, your hamper is likely to take 1-2 days.
Can I specify a delivery date? f you would like us to send your hamper to arrive for a special occasion, please allow enough time and simply include the date that you would like it to arrive using the personal message box when ordering. We will then schedule a posting date to ensure it arrives on, or shortly before, your chosen date.
What if I don't like my Letter Box Hamper or if I have a problem with it?
