    A shipping notification will be sent to let you know your order has been dispatched. All deliveries are sent via Royal Mail 2nd class, either Large letter or small parcel, depending on weight. This typically takes 2-5 days. There are sometimes delays with Royal Mail. If you have no received your parcel after this time, we do ask that you check with neighbours to ensure they've not been delivered there​, but do get in touch after that and we will be happy to help.

    Please note, we can only deliver when Royal Mail delivers and please bear this in mind if you are posting for a special event such as Christmas or an event that falls on a Sunday e.g. Mother's Day. 

    Refunds are considered on an individual basis. As we send out all our products in perfect condition can not guarantee that the delivery handling will be perfect all the time despite we make sure that the package labelled properly and clearly about handling. Please contact sales@funkyfoodgifts.com if you have problem with your purchase. Refunds based on proof of damage so it is required to supply photographs about damaged items. Refunds does not include postage fees. Custom orders can`t be refunded.

    Lost/Non arrivals: All orders are expected to arrive at the shipping address provided no later than 5 business days after the 'shipped' notification email, this will be extended in seasonal peak times to 10 business days. Orders that fail to arrive at their destination after 15 calendar days will be treated as lost. Customers must contact us within 21 calendar days of the 'shipped' notification to be eligible for a refund, after this time store credit may be offered at our discretion.
