Delivery Info

All products on the site have their own specific delivery times as they are dispatched by our Funky Food Gift Partners. Please check the individual product descriptions for details on delivery times from order date.

Most products on the site have an option to choose a delivery date. Please note that these delivery dates are not guaranteed unless specified on the product page. We will always aim to dispatch your order in plenty of time so that it arrives as close to your requested delivery date as possible, but please be aware this could mean it is a day early.

Most of our orders are dispatched by Royal Mail, please be aware that occasionally orders can be delayed by Royal Mail. Sadly this is out of our control and we are not responsible for any delays caused by Royal Mail.

We will always dispatch your order in plenty of time to allow for this, but unfortunately we cannot offer a refund on any order if it has been delayed by Royal Mail. 

Please note that our bakeries are closed over weekends and so any orders placed Friday-Sunday will not be dispatched until the next working day which is a Monday, unless the product description says otherwise.

Any orders placed over a weekend or a Bank Holiday will not be processed until the next working day, Mon-Fri.
