Funky Food Gifts Delivery: Funkyfoodgifts.com use fast and cost-effective methods to ensure efficient and safe delivery of your order. We constantly review our carriers, and our delivery rates to ensure we offer a great delivery service at a competitive price. We will do our best to despatch your order within 3 working days. Please allow up to 5 working days for your delivery. 

Funky Food Partner Delivery: Delivery options for each product are listed on the product page, and each order is sent to you directly by the small business that created, designed or selected it. Sellers set their own timings for delivery to make sure their delivery prices are fair and reasonable. So please check the individual product for delivery and returns.

Guarantee & Returns: If there is a problem with your item or order please contact the returns department as soon as possible. For most products you have 14 days to notify Funky Food Gifts that you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

What you can't send back 
Perishable goods such as food cannot be returned or exchanged 
We are unable to accept returns on used/opened products 
Anything that's specially made to order with your choice of name, fabric or message that customises the product

Sale items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Urgent Deliveries
We realise that sometimes you need your items sooner - please contact us in these circumstances and we will endeavour to get things to you faster if at all possible.

Lost/Non arrivals
All orders are expected to arrive at the shipping address provided no later than 5 business days after the 'shipped' notification email, this will be extended in seasonal peak times to 10 business days.

Orders that fail to arrive at their destination after 15 calendar days will be treated as lost.  

Customers must contact us within 21 calendar days of the 'shipped' notification to be eligible for a refund, after this time store credit may be offered at our discretion.
