  • These birthday cupcakes make a wonderful treat for all of your party guests or better still why not surprise a friend or loved one on their birthday by sending a whole lot of emoji birthday fun!

    Simply choose your cake flavour, then write the personalised name in the box above so the cupcake reads "Happy Birthday [Name]" and hey presto we do the rest. If you write a short message in this box this will replace the Happy Birthday. 

    You will receive 12 soft and delicate cupcakes, topped with a delicious vanilla or chocolate icing, then 6 will be topped with emoji faces and 6 topped with your birthday message.

    Sending a surprise gift? Don’t worry, if it’s a surprise, you can add your own Do Not Open Before Date to the outside of the parcel. Always better a day or two early than a day late! Just choose the Do Not Open Before Date and what the date is above.

    Will my cake be fresh? Your cake will arrive beautifully fresh for your occasion. We recommend that the cake(s) are stored in a cool dry place (but not in a fridge as this could dry the sponge out). They are not suitable for home freezing.

    and in perfect condition? Absolutely! We have developed special packaging that will protect the cake through the rigours of national travel.

    how much time should I allow for delivery? We do advise to choose working day delivery (Mon-Fri) prior to the occasion in order to ensure that the cake has arrived in the perfect condition we expect it to.

    will my order arrive on time?  In some instances there are factors which may affect the delivery which are out of our control. Where possible we will provide you with updated delivery information should an issue arise. We do advise it is a good idea to allow an extra day or two for delivery just in case. To avoid any delays please ensure that you provide us with a complete and correct address with the correct postcode. You can check that you have the correct postcode by using the Royal Mail's handy postcode finder available at www.royalmail.com/find-a-postcode. We are not responsible for the accuracy of the Royal Mail's postcode finder. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you provide for any order you place is correct.

    what if I miss my delivery? The courier will attempt to delivery to the customer between 8am and 6pm at their home and will knock on the door. (the customer can have the cupcakes delivered to their work or anywhere they choose) If they are not in, the courier will leave in a safe space, or attempt the neighbours. If none of these options are viable, the courier will leave a calling card and take the cupcakes back to the depot. They will then attempt twice more. If delivery has not been made by your chosen delivery date you can email the Customer Service Team at sales@funkyfoodgifts.com Deliveries cannot be rearranged by ourselves if a calling card is left by the courier, you must contact them directly for this.

    what if it is a surprise gift? Don’t worry, if it’s a surprise, you can add your own Do Not Open until date to the outside of the parcel i.e. Always better a day or two early than a day late! 

    Refunds are considered on an individual basis. As we send out all our products in perfect condition can not guarantee that the delivery handling will be perfect all the time despite we make sure that the package labelled properly and clearly about handling. Please contact sales@funkyfoodgifts.com if you have problem with your purchase. Refunds based on proof of damage so it is required to supply photographs about damaged items. Refunds does not include postage fees. Custom orders can`t be refunded.

    Lost/Non arrivals: All orders are expected to arrive at the shipping address provided no later than 5 business days after the 'shipped' notification email, this will be extended in seasonal peak times to 10 business days. Orders that fail to arrive at their destination after 15 calendar days will be treated as lost. Customers must contact us within 21 calendar days of the 'shipped' notification to be eligible for a refund, after this time store credit may be offered at our discretion.
