White Chocolate: The original brownie filled with lots of chunks of smooth, sweet, white chocolate - divine!
The brownies are delivered in an organic brown box. They are carefully wrapped in cellophane, gift wrapped in either brown or blue tissue paper, and finally secured with the opposite colour satin ribbon. Each box contains 12 brownies of the flavour you choose.
All orders are freshly homemade. The brownies should be stored in an airtight container & should be eaten within 5 days, for the best freshness. However they are still fine to eat after 5 days. They only last that long in this house if you hide them!
All our brownies, apart from Pecan & Rocky Road are nut free. However, since our kitchen does handle nuts we cannot guarantee that traces of nuts will not be found in our Brownies and therefore we do not accept any liability for any damage to health or any distress caused to you by the consumption of such products.
Funky Food Partner Dispatch. We use Royal Mail 1st Class post to send the brownies across the UK. We aim to dispatch your brownies within 1 day of ordering Monday - Friday. All orders placed on a Friday or over the weekend will not be posted until the Monday. Your scrummy brownies should arrive between 1 to 2 days after despatch. We cannot guarantee the delivery date as this will depend on the Royal Mail. Most deliveries do arrive on time, however at peak times it could take slightly longer. Refunds are considered on an individual basis. As we send out all our products in perfect condition can not guarantee that the delivery handling will be perfect all the time despite we make sure that the package labelled properly and clearly about handling. Please contact email@example.com if you have problem with your purchase. Refunds based on proof of damage so it is required to supply photographs about damaged items. Refunds does not include postage fees. Custom orders can`t be refunded.Lost/Non arrivals: All orders are expected to arrive at the shipping address provided no later than 5 business days after the 'shipped' notification email, this will be extended in seasonal peak times to 10 business days. Orders that fail to arrive at their destination after 15 calendar days will be treated as lost. Customers must contact us within 21 calendar days of the 'shipped' notification to be eligible for a refund, after this time store credit may be offered at our discretion.
