Displaying your cake pops at home is extremely simple. You can place them in a vase of floristry sand or sugar - they will very easily stand up. All our Cake Pops contain wheat and milk. Some of our Cake Pops contain nuts, (Chocolate Brownie and Bakewell Tart) and some contain alcohol (Black Forest Gateau and Tiramisu). As we use nuts in some of our recipes we cannot guarantee therefore that are non-nut cake pops are totally nut free. All our Cake Pops are suitable for vegetarians and do not contain gelatine.

We will do our best to dispatch your order within 3 working days. However, if you place your order on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday your order will not be dispatched until the following Tuesday morning, this is to ensure maximum freshness and to avoid the weekend delay. Dispatch may take a little longer in busy periods and we will notify you if this is the case.
Refunds are considered on an individual basis. As we send out all our products in perfect condition can not guarantee that the delivery handling will be perfect all the time despite we make sure that the package labelled properly and clearly about handling. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you have problem with your purchase. Refunds based on proof of damage so it is required to supply photographs about damaged items. Refunds does not include postage fees. Custom orders can`t be refunded.
Lost/Non arrivals: All orders are expected to arrive at the shipping address provided no later than 5 business days after the 'shipped' notification email, this will be extended in seasonal peak times to 10 business days. Orders that fail to arrive at their destination after 15 calendar days will be treated as lost. Customers must contact us within 21 calendar days of the 'shipped' notification to be eligible for a refund, after this time store credit may be offered at our discretion.
