Dough Ingredients: Wheat plain flour, butter, honey, eggs, salt, icing sugar, ground cinnamon, ground cloves, ground ginger, ground cardamom, ground fennel, cocoa powder, bicarbonate of soda
Icing Ingredients: Royal Icing Sugar - icing sugar, dried egg white, anti-caking agent (Tricalcium phosphate E341), Gel food colourings.
Colours may include: E422, E1520, E551, E110, E124, E129, E133, E155, E102, E122, E153, E104, E159. For allergens, including gluten containing cereals see ingredients in BOLD.
The biscuits are nut free, soy free, don't contain any artificial preservatives or additives. Suitable for vegetarians but NOT suitable for vegans.

Your order will be dispatched in 4-5 business days after the order has been placed as these are made to order. During seasonal peak times this is extended to 7 business days.
Refunds are considered on an individual basis. As we send out all our products in perfect condition can not guarantee that the delivery handling will be perfect all the time despite we make sure that the package labelled properly and clearly about handling. Please contact email@example.com if you have problem with your purchase. Refunds based on proof of damage so it is required to supply photographs about damaged items. Refunds does not include postage fees. Custom orders can`t be refunded.
Lost/Non arrivals: All orders are expected to arrive at the shipping address provided no later than 5 business days after the 'shipped' notification email, this will be extended in seasonal peak times to 10 business days. Orders that fail to arrive at their destination after 15 calendar days will be treated as lost. Customers must contact us within 21 calendar days of the 'shipped' notification to be eligible for a refund, after this time store credit may be offered at our discretion.
