  • Delivery: This item is dispatched by Sweet Trees 

    We try to process and dispatch orders within 2 days, Monday To Friday. Orders placed on Friday-Sunday will be dispatched on Monday/Tuesday. If you are sending directly as a gift and have a preferred dispatch date, please just let us know. We use Royal Mail so cannot guarantee exact arrival times, but we can post it to match as closely as possible the date specified. Delivery takes 3-5 working days.

    Refunds are considered on an individual basis. Whilst we package our Sweet Trees with the utmost care to ensure they arrive with you in tip-top condition, we cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur during transit. Please contact sales@funkyfoodgifts.com if you have problem with your purchase. Refunds are based on proof of damage so it is required to supply photographs about damaged items. Refunds do not include postage fees. Custom orders can`t be refunded.

    Lost/Non arrivals: All orders are expected to arrive at the shipping address provided no later than 5 business days after the 'shipped' notification email, this will be extended in seasonal peak times to 10 business days. Orders that fail to arrive at their destination after 15 calendar days will be treated as lost. Customers must contact us within 21 calendar days of the 'shipped' notification to be eligible for a refund, after this time store credit may be offered at our discretion.
