We can be quite daring with our ingredients and offer many flavours rarely tried. This hamper contains 12 chocolate bars within a lovely wicker basket perfect for keeping in a cool dark (secret) place for all your favourite chocolates.

    Orders will be dispatched at the latest by close of business next day. We dispatch Monday to Friday bank holidays excluded. All deliveries are made by Royal Mail 1st class postal service. You should allow 2 – 3 working days for delivery.

    Should there not be someone in to accept delivery during working hours or if the Royal Mail considers that your order will not fit through the letter box a card will be left informing the recipient that they have tried to deliver. They will request that the recipient contacts their local sorting office to arrange collection or to re-deliver at a suitable date.

    We accept no liability if delivery is not made due to the recipient not being available or due to the recipient failing to contact their local Royal Mail sorting office within a reasonable time to arrange collection or re-delivery. 

    Refunds are considered on an individual basis. As we send out all our products in perfect condition can not guarantee that the delivery handling will be perfect all the time despite we make sure that the package labelled properly and clearly about handling. Please contact if you have problem with your purchase. Refunds based on proof of damage so it is required to supply photographs about damaged items. Refunds does not include postage fees. Custom orders can`t be refunded.

    Lost/Non arrivals: All orders are expected to arrive at the shipping address provided no later than 5 business days after the 'shipped' notification email, this will be extended in seasonal peak times to 10 business days. Orders that fail to arrive at their destination after 15 calendar days will be treated as lost.  Customers must contact us within 21 calendar days of the 'shipped' notification to be eligible for a refund, after this time store credit may be offered at our discretion.
